Isidor Buchmann grew up in a conservative farming community in Switzerland. From early childhood, he was fascinated with radio communication and during his high school years he built a broadcast radio that ran with no power ¡ª it required only an antenna and a ground connection (it didn¡¯t use a battery). Isidor sold several of these radio receivers.

During his post-graduate education, Isidor invented an engine that is based on continuous combustion.Hp laptop battery Felix Wankel, inventor of the rotary engine, reviewed the drawings and theory-of-operation and commented that his concept was indeed unique and original but pointed out that manufacturing would be too expensive for commercial use.

Next Milestone Craft Fair Day and the Weekend
Last Thursday, the Seasonal Craft Fair was held at Al Khor Community. The bangles I ordered a few weeks ago were intended for this day. My friends took care the goods since I couldn’t get away from work. All day I anticipated sales of my items, hoping a few pieces would be sold. At the end of the day, nada… The size were too big and the price a bit high. L What was sold was one of my beaded bags from last year, although the price was bargained. The other bag had some chippings, I decided to use it. I sold 2 bangles from friends who came the other weekend, but still a long way to go for the remaining 28 pcs. So I posted the photos at my FB site, I really hope I can generate sales.
Friday came and thank God, for the longer sleep. Mimis the naughty dog was spending his weekend spree at home. The dogs would wake us up early but I managed to sleep again. I had some tasks lined up for the day:
Take out winter clothes – DONE
Redecorate the tree – NOPE
Bake brownies –... (more)
Merpeople Diaries Cold
It snowed. Where I am, it's like magic. I saw trees, both red and green, covered in powery white. Icy flurries sculpted by wind. My desire to go out there and tumble in it all was only outweighed by my obligation to keep from letting my car slide into the bumper of the car in front of me. Kept the heat off in the house. Spent the night wrapped up in layers of quilts and blankets. My old love affair with the chill.
Had more dreams. Dreams where I say things like "are we still friends?" I don't want to keep having these dreams. I woke up considering sending an email saying
I need closure (ironic considering how much time you and I spent discussing that very topic). Are we done being friends?
Of course I won't do that. But the dreams refuse to relent. Perhaps they know something I don't.
